PLANS

The same judgement on every plan. Choose the capacity you need.

Every paid Deal Desk plan includes all four launch modules and the same Decision Engine. Core, Professional and Enterprise differ by team size and decision volume, never by capability.

A commercial decision does not become less important because the team making it is smaller.

That is why Prestige Sprout does not reserve stronger analysis, better verdicts or more capable modules for a higher-priced tier.

Every paid Deal Desk plan uses the same Decision Engine and includes all four launch modules.

The difference is capacity.

  • How many people need to work in the Deal Desk?
  • How many decisions are you likely to put through it?
  • Do other people need visibility without making decisions themselves?

Choose the plan around those questions.

One poor pursuit, submission or contract decision can cost more than a year of Deal Desk. The purpose of the plan is not to give the business more software. It is to give important commercial decisions somewhere to be challenged before the organisation commits.

What every paid plan includes

No capability ladder.

There is no “better” version of the Deal Desk hidden inside Professional or Enterprise.

  • Core customers do not receive a weaker Decision Engine.
  • Professional customers do not receive more sophisticated verdicts.
  • Enterprise customers do not receive privileged commercial reasoning.

Every paid tier includes the same four launch products:

Pursue or Pass

Decide whether an opportunity deserves serious pursuit.

Proposal Reviewer, Public Sector

Judge whether a public-sector submission is ready to go to the evaluator.

Proposal Reviewer, Private Sector

Judge whether a buyer has a strong enough reason to choose your submission over the alternatives.

Sign or Renegotiate

Examine what the business is being asked to accept before the agreement is signed.

The plans differ by capacity, never capability.

What is a Decision Run?

One run. One commercial decision.

A Decision Run is one completed Deal Desk decision.

For example:

  • assessing whether to pursue one opportunity
  • reviewing one proposal for submission
  • examining one commercial agreement before signature

The plan gives the team a defined amount of decision capacity.

When more capacity is needed, additional Decision Runs are £20 + VAT each on Core and Professional.

Seats and viewers

The people making decisions need seats. Not everybody else does.

A full seat is for someone who actively works in the Deal Desk.

Core

Includes 3 full seats.

Additional seats are not available on Core.

Professional

Includes 7 full seats.

Additional full seats are £30 + VAT per user, per month.

Professional also includes free, unlimited read-only viewers.

Enterprise

Full seats and viewer access are agreed around the organisation.

Read-only viewers are free and unlimited.

This allows people who need visibility into commercial decisions to see the work without consuming a full working seat.

Monthly or annual

Choose the commitment that fits the business.

Core and Professional can be paid monthly or annually.

Annual billing includes two months free.

FOUNDING PARTNER

Build with us in year one.

The first ten organisations joining Deal Desk can become Founding Partners.

Founding Partners receive a fixed first-year annual price in return for participating in product feedback and, with their approval, a future case study about how Deal Desk is being used in practice.

Core Founding Partner

£2,844 + VAT for year one

Annual payment upfront.

Professional Founding Partner

£4,284 + VAT for year one

Annual payment upfront.

The underlying plan is the same Core or Professional Deal Desk plan.

Founding Partner status does not unlock a different Decision Engine or additional product capability.

What we ask from Founding Partners

  • practical feedback from real use
  • willingness to discuss what is and is not working
  • participation in a future case study only with customer approval

There is no requirement to provide Prestige Sprout with rights to use customer data for model calibration.

Talk to a founder about Founding Partner access

Available to the first ten organisations only.

Need one decision, not a Deal Desk plan?

Not every business needs ongoing Deal Desk access.

For a single commercial decision, a standalone structured report is available for:

£199 + VAT

Use it when there is one opportunity, proposal or commercial commitment that deserves a closer look without starting a subscription.

Why we price it this way

Capacity should change the price. Judgement should not.

A three-person team and a larger commercial organisation may use the Deal Desk very differently.

One may make a handful of important decisions.

The other may have several teams reviewing opportunities, submissions and contracts at the same time.

That should affect the amount of access they buy.

It should not affect the quality of the commercial judgement they receive.

So we have deliberately avoided building a pricing model where useful modules, stronger reasoning or important verdicts appear only after an upgrade.

Buy the capacity your organisation needs. Use the same Deal Desk either way.

Questions about plans

Do higher plans get a better Decision Engine?

No.

Every paid tier uses the same Decision Engine and includes all four launch modules.

Plans differ by capacity, never capability.

What is one Decision Run?

One Decision Run is one completed Deal Desk decision.

That could be one Pursue or Pass assessment, one proposal review or one Sign or Renegotiate decision.

Can we buy additional Decision Runs?

Yes.

Additional Decision Runs on Core and Professional are £20 + VAT each.

Enterprise arrangements are agreed separately.

Can we add more users?

Professional includes 7 full seats and additional full seats cost £30 + VAT per user, per month.

Core includes 3 full seats and additional seats are not sold on that plan.

Enterprise requirements are agreed with the organisation.

What if we only need one decision?

A standalone structured report is available for £199 + VAT where ongoing Deal Desk access is not required.

What is different about Enterprise?

Enterprise is designed around the operating needs of larger or more complex teams.

Enterprise pricing reflects team size, decision volume, onboarding requirements and support needs.

The underlying Deal Desk capability remains the same.

See all pricing FAQs

The expensive part is rarely the decision tool.

It is the opportunity a team spends weeks pursuing before admitting it was weak.

The proposal submitted before its evidence was ready.

The concession nobody priced properly.

The contract obligation that becomes a delivery problem six months later.

Deal Desk exists to put more scrutiny between the commercial opportunity and the commitment.
