AI products that sharpen judgement

Anyone can produce more, faster. The advantage now is knowing what is worth doing in the first place. Prestige Sprout Media builds AI products for exactly that: clear verdicts on high‑stakes business deals, and training that builds sharper minds.

Why we exist

Production got cheap. Judgement did not.

AI tools have flooded business life with fluent, average output, and with decisions made on autopilot to keep pace with it. Speed was never the real bottleneck. Choosing well was, and still is. That is the gap we build for.

Judgement over volume

Most AI tools help you produce more. Ours help you choose better. Our flagship platform never writes the bid; it judges the bid. Fewer pursuits, chosen well, consistently beat a high volume of average ones. That restraint is not a limitation of the product. It is the product.

Method before software

Every product we ship begins life as a written methodology, tested against real cases before a single screen is designed. The thinking is the intellectual property. The software is simply how that thinking travels to more people, more consistently, at a price a small business can justify.

Built lean, run with AI

AI‑assisted delivery is our operating model, not a slogan. It is how a small founding team designs, builds and supports products with the depth you would expect from a much larger company, without the overheads that would force us to chase volume over quality.

Brands kept distinct

The Deal Desk serves commercial teams. Think Sharper Club serves individuals and families. Each brand keeps its own audience, voice and channels, because a focused brand earns trust faster than a blurred one. One company, two clear promises.

Our products

One conviction, two products

Sharper judgement for businesses making high‑stakes deals, and for people training sharper minds. Every product answers a question that actually costs money or opportunity when it is answered badly.

Products

Built for the decisions with money on them

We do not build tools for producing more documents. We build products for the moments where a wrong call costs real money: the tender you should never have chased, the contract you should never have signed, the thinking habit that would have caught both.

the Deal Desk platform

Modules across the whole deal lifecycle

Every business deal travels the same road: it is found, qualified, written, priced, signed, learned from, and eventually renewed or released. The Deal Desk is built as optional modules along that road, so you subscribe to the judgement you need, when you need it. Three modules launch first; four more follow.

Want a taste before launch? Our free Decision Assistant gives you an early qualification verdict on a live opportunity in about two minutes.

What makes it different

Judgement, not another writing tool

It scores your specific tender

Most review tools grade generic writing quality. The Deal Desk ingests the actual evaluation criteria and weightings from the tender in front of you and marks your draft the way that evaluator will: question by question, with a predicted score and specific direction on what to fix. Public sector and private sector proposals are judged on fundamentally different grounds, so each gets its own edition.

It tells you when not to bid

The most expensive habit in business development is chasing everything. Pursue or Pass gives you an honest, evidence‑based verdict before the time is spent, including what pursuing will cost you and what would make it a mistake. Saying no to the wrong deals is how win rates rise.

It reads the contract you are about to sign

Sign or Renegotiate maps what you are actually committing to: liability, payment terms, termination, service credits and scope creep, with a realistic cost of the downside. It is structured commercial analysis, not legal advice, and it tells you exactly which clauses deserve a solicitor's hour, which makes your legal spend sharper rather than replacing it.

It learns how you win and lose

With calibration, the platform is configured on your own history: past bids, feedback letters, wins, losses and risk appetite. Over time your deal log becomes a decision record no competitor can copy, because it is built from your outcomes, not a generic model.

It never writes the bid

The market is full of AI writing tools, and they have created a flood of fluent, average proposals. We deliberately stand on the other side of that problem. The Deal Desk judges, scores, prices and decides. The writing stays yours, which is exactly why the judgement stays credible.

Services

The same judgement, delivered hands on

Our products package the way we think. Our services put that thinking inside your business: senior, practical delivery and commercial expertise, engaged on contract, by outcome, or on retainer. This is not an agency bench. The people who built our products do the work.

Project and programme delivery

Contract and interim project management for initiatives that cannot afford to drift: transformation workstreams, system implementations, supplier transitions and delivery rescues. We bring structured governance, honest reporting and the judgement to surface problems while they are still cheap to fix. Available for interim engagements, fixed-term contracts and defined-outcome assignments.

Go-live readiness reviews

A fixed-outcome review run before a system cutover, migration or major launch. We put the go/no-go decision through our structured reasoning process: the assumptions the date rests on, what the evidence actually supports, a pre-mortem of the most likely failure paths, and a clear written verdict with the specific conditions under which the date should move. Delivered in days, priced as a fixed engagement, and designed to make the go-live meeting shorter and calmer. This review is the first expression of a future Prestige Sprout Delivery Desk product; today it is delivered hands on by us.

Commercial and deal advisory

Hands-on support for the decisions our Deal Desk platform was built around: qualifying opportunities, reviewing proposals against the evaluation that will actually score them, and stress-testing contracts before signature. Useful as a one-off review of a live deal, or as a retained deal desk while your team builds the habit.

AI workflow implementation

Practical AI adoption for small and mid-sized businesses: identifying the workflows where AI genuinely earns its keep, implementing them with the right guardrails, and training your team to run them. We build AI into our own operations daily, so the advice comes from practice rather than slideware.

How engagements work

Three models, chosen to fit the work: contract or interim placement for sustained delivery, fixed-outcome assignments with a defined deliverable and price, or a monthly retainer for ongoing advisory. Every engagement starts with a short scoping conversation, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.

What you can expect

Senior attention throughout, not a handover to juniors. Written reporting that says what is actually happening. Professional indemnity insurance in place. And the same principle that runs through our products: we would rather tell you an uncomfortable truth early than a comfortable one too late.

Have a role or a project in mind?

Tell us about the engagement, the timeline and what success looks like. We respond within two working days, and a scoping conversation costs nothing.

About

A small house with sharp rules

Prestige Sprout Media is a founder‑led UK product house. We conceive, build and grow a small portfolio of AI‑powered brands, each with its own identity and audience, all built on one belief: judgement is the scarce asset now.

The idea came from years spent inside high‑stakes commercial decisions: competitive bids won and lost, contracts negotiated, evaluation rooms where fluent writing met hard scoring criteria and lost. We watched AI make the producing part of business almost free, and we watched the choosing part, the part that actually decides outcomes, get no better at all. In many companies it got worse, because cheap production made it easier to chase everything.

"We have spent our careers inside high‑stakes commercial decisions. We built the products we always wished existed."

So we build for the choosing part. The Deal Desk gives small and mid‑sized businesses the deal desk that only large enterprises could previously afford. Think Sharper Club treats clear reasoning as a skill anyone can train, and makes the training something people genuinely enjoy. Different audiences, one conviction.

We are bootstrapped and independent, which means we answer to customers rather than to a growth target. We would rather build two products that people trust for a decade than ten products that chase a trend.

Founder-led and independentBootstrapped and built for the long term, with no outside pressure to chase volume over quality.
Practitioner expertiseMore than twelve years inside competitive bids, commercial deals and proposal evaluation, alongside hands-on AI system design.
AI-first operationsA small team with deep output. AI-assisted delivery runs through everything we design, build and support.

Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how Prestige Sprout Media Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal information in connection with this website. We have designed this site to collect as little personal data as possible.

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics trackers, and does not include advertising or social media scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors, and there is nothing here to accept or decline, which is why you will not see a cookie banner.

Two limited categories of data can still arise:

  • Contact messages. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, chosen topic and message are sent securely to our server, which emails them to us. They are not stored in any database on this website. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a sensible record of our correspondence.
  • Hosting logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.

Fonts

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives the technical information involved in serving them, such as your IP address. You can read Google's privacy policy on their website.

How long we keep information

Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain a sensible business record, after which they are deleted.

The Decision Assistant

This website links to the Prestige Sprout Decision Assistant, an interactive tool at assistant.prestigesprout.co.uk that helps you work out the right next step with us. If you use it, here's what happens with your information.

What we process: the answers you enter into the triage or enquiry forms; your name, email address, organisation and preferred next step if you choose to send an enquiry; and your IP address at the moment you use the tool, for abuse prevention only.

Who processes it: we do (Prestige Sprout Media Ltd), Anthropic (whose Claude API generates your framing from your answers), Vercel (which hosts the tool), Fasthosts (which delivers the emails) and Supabase (which stores an anonymised usage counter for abuse prevention). Anthropic's terms state that they do not use API data to train their models, and that they retain requests for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only, then delete them.

Where your information lives: your framing and enquiry summary are sent to you and to us by email, and kept in those inboxes for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, up to 24 months. A one-way cryptographic hash of your email address (not the address itself) sits in our abuse-prevention database for 30 days from your last use, then expires automatically. Your IP address is held for up to 24 hours, then expires. We do not otherwise store your answers or your framing in any database, the tool sets no cookies, and it runs no analytics.

You don't need to share sensitive material: the Assistant is designed to work from the shape of an opportunity (sector, value band, deadline, and your read of the situation) without buyer names or tender documents. Whatever you enter is used only to generate your framing and is never used to train AI models.

Marketing: we follow up personally on the enquiry you send. We only send further messages to people who choose the Deal Desk founding list option or ask to join it; otherwise you hear from us once, with the framing you requested.

Deletion: you can ask us to remove your enquiry email and the hashed record of your address at any time by emailing hello@prestigesprout.co.uk. We do this within one month, usually much sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct or ask us to delete the information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@prestigesprout.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, for example if we add analytics or a newsletter, we will update this policy and the date above before the change takes effect.
