About Prestige Sprout
What is Prestige Sprout?
Prestige Sprout is a founder-led UK product and services company built around commercial judgement, complex delivery and practical technology.
We build products for decisions that happen repeatedly, such as whether to pursue an opportunity, whether a proposal is ready to submit and whether a commercial agreement deserves signing.
We also work directly with clients when the problem needs experienced people rather than software, including project and programme delivery, go-live readiness, commercial advisory, AI workflow implementation and bespoke Websites & Sprout Desk builds.
Who is Prestige Sprout for?
We work with organisations that make consequential commercial or delivery decisions and want a more structured way to challenge them.
That may include founders, commercial teams, bid and proposal teams, delivery leaders, project teams and organisations preparing for a significant implementation, negotiation or commitment.
The common factor is not company size.
It is that the decision matters enough to deserve proper scrutiny.
Is Prestige Sprout a consultancy or a software company?
Both, but the distinction is deliberate.
The Deal Desk packages repeatable commercial judgement into software.
Our services are for situations where experienced people need to work directly on the problem.
We do not force every problem into a product, and we do not turn every product question into a consulting engagement.
Where is Prestige Sprout based?
Prestige Sprout Media Ltd is registered in England and Wales and based in the United Kingdom.
We can work with customers outside the UK where the engagement and requirements are appropriate.
Deal Desk
What is the Deal Desk?
The Deal Desk is Prestige Sprout's commercial decision product.
It follows a deal across the decisions that can change its value, from deciding whether an opportunity deserves pursuit through proposal submission, contract commitment, post-award change and learning from the outcome.
Each module is built around a specific commercial question rather than around a generic AI prompt.
What does the Deal Desk actually give me?
The exact output depends on the module, but the principle is consistent.
The Deal Desk gives you a clear commercial call, explains what is driving it, shows what deserves attention and makes clear what would need to change for the call to change.
It is designed to expose uncertainty rather than hide it.
Does the Deal Desk write bids or proposals?
No.
There are tools designed to generate proposal text. The Deal Desk is not one of them.
It judges the opportunity. It judges the proposal. It judges the commercial commitment.
It tells you what is weak, what is missing, what is unsupported, what deserves challenge and what decision the evidence supports.
The writing stays yours.
Does the Deal Desk make decisions for us?
No.
It provides structured commercial analysis and a clear verdict based on the information available.
The organisation remains responsible for the final business decision.
The point is not to remove judgement from the team. It is to make the judgement more explicit, testable and easier to challenge.
What happens if the information is incomplete?
The Deal Desk should not turn missing information into false confidence.
Where evidence is incomplete, uncertain or unsupported, that becomes part of the decision.
The output may identify what needs to be established before a stronger call can reasonably be made.
Can the verdict change?
Yes.
Every verdict is accompanied by reversal conditions.
These explain what would need to change in the evidence, assumptions or commercial position for the call to change.
A verdict is therefore not presented as an irreversible answer detached from new information.
What verdicts does the Deal Desk use?
The wording depends on the decision being made.
Other modules use outputs appropriate to the question they are designed to answer.
Which Deal Desk modules are available first?
The first four Deal Desk experiences are:
- Pursue or Pass
- Proposal Reviewer, Public Sector
- Proposal Reviewer, Private Sector
- Sign or Renegotiate
The wider Deal Desk roadmap follows ten commercial decisions across the life of a deal.
What are the ten Deal Desk decisions?
The Deal Desk is designed around:
- Find
- What should even reach our desk?
- Pursue or Pass
- Is this one worth chasing?
- Team or Go Alone
- Do we bid this alone, or with someone?
- Proposal Reviewer, Public Sector
- Will this actually score?
- Proposal Reviewer, Private Sector
- Would a buyer choose us over them?
- Price to Win
- What do we charge, and what do we give away?
- Sign or Renegotiate
- What are we actually agreeing to?
- Change or Challenge
- They want extra scope. Do we absorb it, price it, or push back?
- Renew or Walk
- The contract is ending. Fight for it, change it, or let it go?
- Learn
- Why do we keep losing the same way?
The roadmap may evolve as the product develops.
What is the Decision Engine?
The Decision Engine is the shared discipline underneath the Deal Desk.
It follows six public stages:
- FRAME
- Establish what is actually being decided and what is at stake.
- EXPOSE
- Bring important assumptions, unknowns and evidence into view.
- TEST
- Separate what is supported from what is merely being assumed.
- FORESEE
- Consider what happens if the decision succeeds, fails or creates consequences later.
- WEIGH
- Consider upside, downside, alternatives and what the decision asks the business to give up.
- VERDICT
- State the decision clearly, explain why and show what would change it.
The detailed methodology inside individual modules remains part of the product.
Is the Deal Desk just a wrapper around a chatbot?
No.
The product begins with the commercial decision and the methodology required to judge it.
AI may support parts of the experience, but the purpose of the Deal Desk is not to place a general chatbot behind a branded interface.
Each module is built around a defined question, structured reasoning and an expected form of output.
Is the Deal Desk legal or financial advice?
No.
Deal Desk outputs are structured commercial analysis, not legal or financial advice.
Where a decision requires legal interpretation, regulated advice or specialist financial judgement, appropriate professional advice should be obtained.
Decision Assistant
What is the Decision Assistant?
The Decision Assistant is the free first commercial read before you commit serious effort to an opportunity.
You answer a short set of focused questions and receive a preliminary commercial signal, the issues that deserve closer scrutiny and a recommended next move.
Is the Decision Assistant the same as Pursue or Pass?
No.
The Decision Assistant is designed for early triage using information you can provide quickly.
Pursue or Pass is the fuller Deal Desk decision and can work with more context and supporting evidence.
Think of the Decision Assistant as the first read and Pursue or Pass as the deeper commercial decision.
Does the Decision Assistant write my bid?
No.
It does not write or rewrite proposal content.
Its purpose is to help you decide whether an opportunity deserves more attention before the pursuit begins consuming significant time and capacity.
Is the Decision Assistant free?
Yes.
The Decision Assistant is Prestige Sprout's free opportunity-triage tool.
Using it does not require a Deal Desk subscription.
Plans and pricing
Do different plans get different Deal Desk capabilities?
No.
Every paid Deal Desk tier includes all four launch modules and uses the same Decision Engine.
Core customers do not receive weaker analysis.
Professional customers do not receive more sophisticated reasoning.
Enterprise customers do not receive a better version of the product.
The plans differ by capacity, not capability.
What are the Deal Desk plans?
The three customer-facing plans are:
- Core
- £395 + VAT per month or £3,950 + VAT annually
- Professional
- £595 + VAT per month or £5,950 + VAT annually
- Enterprise
- Custom pricing
Annual Core and Professional plans include two months free.
What does Core include?
Core includes:
- all four launch modules
- 3 full seats
- 10 Decision Runs per month
- additional Decision Runs at £20 + VAT each
Additional full seats are not sold on Core.
What does Professional include?
Professional includes:
- all four launch modules
- 7 full seats
- 20 Decision Runs per month
- free, unlimited read-only viewers
- additional full seats at £30 + VAT per user, per month
- additional Decision Runs at £20 + VAT each
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is designed around the needs of the organisation.
All four launch modules are included.
Enterprise pricing reflects team size, decision volume, onboarding requirements and support needs.
Full seats, Decision Runs and access arrangements are agreed as part of the engagement.
What is a Decision Run?
One Decision Run is one completed Deal Desk decision.
For example, that could be one Pursue or Pass assessment, one proposal review or one Sign or Renegotiate decision.
We describe it as a decision rather than as tokens, credits or AI usage because the customer is paying for the commercial decision process, not for model consumption.
Can we buy additional Decision Runs?
Yes.
On Core and Professional, additional Decision Runs are £20 + VAT each.
Enterprise arrangements are agreed separately.
Can we add more users?
Professional includes 7 full seats and additional full seats can be added for £30 + VAT per user, per month.
Core includes 3 full seats and additional seats are not sold on that plan.
Enterprise seat requirements are agreed with the organisation.
What is a read-only viewer?
A read-only viewer can see Deal Desk information without using a full working seat.
Professional and Enterprise include free, unlimited read-only viewers.
Core does not include read-only viewers.
Is there a lower-cost option if we only have one decision?
Yes.
A standalone structured report is available for £199 + VAT.
It is intended for a single commercial decision where ongoing Deal Desk access is not required.
What is the Founding Partner offer?
The first ten organisations joining Deal Desk can become Founding Partners.
The first-year annual prices are:
- Core
- £2,844 + VAT
- Professional
- £4,284 + VAT
Payment is annual and upfront.
In return, Founding Partners participate in practical product feedback and, with customer approval, a future case study.
The offer is a first-year price, not a different version of the product.
Do Founding Partners have to give Prestige Sprout access to their commercial data for model training?
No.
Founding Partner participation is about feedback and, where the customer approves it, future case-study participation.
It does not create a requirement to provide customer commercial data for model calibration.
Can we move between plans?
Yes, where the organisation's needs change, the appropriate plan can be discussed with Prestige Sprout.
Any pricing or timing implications would be agreed before the change takes effect.
Services
What services does Prestige Sprout provide?
Prestige Sprout currently works across five service lines:
- Project and Programme Delivery
- Go-Live Readiness
- Commercial and Deal Advisory
- AI Workflow Implementation
- Websites & Sprout Desk
These are hands-on services rather than Deal Desk software modules.
How do I know whether I need a service or the Deal Desk?
Use the Deal Desk when the decision is repeatable and fits a defined commercial question.
Use a service when the situation needs people to work directly on the problem.
For example, a team may use Pursue or Pass repeatedly for opportunity decisions but bring Prestige Sprout into a particularly unusual commercial situation where several issues are tangled together.
Likewise, software can help judge whether something appears ready, while a major programme may still need hands-on delivery leadership.
Do I need to know exactly which service I need before contacting you?
No.
Tell us what you are trying to decide, deliver or build.
We can help determine which route is appropriate.
Can Prestige Sprout take hands-on delivery responsibility?
Yes, where that is the agreed scope of the engagement.
Project and Programme Delivery can involve hands-on leadership across implementations, migrations, transitions, delivery recovery and other complex change.
The exact level of responsibility is agreed before work begins.
Can you work alongside our existing team or suppliers?
Yes.
Prestige Sprout can work alongside internal teams, external suppliers or an existing delivery structure where the engagement calls for it.
The purpose is not automatically to replace the people already involved.
Sometimes the need is clearer ownership, stronger coordination, independent challenge or additional senior capacity.
What is a Go-Live Readiness Review?
It is an independent challenge before a significant implementation, migration, launch or cutover.
The review examines what appears ready, what remains exposed, what needs action and what risk the organisation would consciously be accepting by proceeding.
It is not a certification and Prestige Sprout does not take the final go or no-go decision away from the client.
What is Commercial and Deal Advisory?
Commercial and Deal Advisory is the human-delivered side of the commercial judgement behind the Deal Desk.
It is for live situations where the decision is unusual, the information is incomplete, several issues are tangled together or the team wants an experienced commercial view before committing.
The work may cover opportunities, submissions, negotiations, commercial commitments or renewals.
Do you only build AI workflows using Microsoft tools?
No.
We may work with Microsoft tools where they fit the client's environment, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365.
But the starting point is the workflow, not the vendor.
In some cases the right answer may be a different technology, simpler automation or no AI implementation at all.
What is Sprout Desk?
Sprout Desk is Prestige Sprout's name for a pattern of bespoke interactive front doors.
Instead of requiring a website visitor to understand a company's entire catalogue before deciding where to go, a Sprout Desk experience asks focused questions and helps route the visitor towards the most appropriate product, service or next step.
It is built around the client's own offering, brand and customer journey.
Is Sprout Desk just the Prestige Sprout Decision Assistant reskinned?
No.
Decision Assistant is Prestige Sprout's own implementation of the pattern.
A client Sprout Desk starts again from the client's own products, services, customers, qualification questions and routing decisions.
It is a bespoke implementation, not a reskin of Prestige Sprout's tool.
Can you build a website without Sprout Desk?
Yes.
Websites & Sprout Desk is one service line, but a client does not have to take both.
A business may need a clearer, more credible website without an interactive routing experience.
The scope depends on what the website actually needs to do.
Do all service engagements have fixed packages or durations?
No.
The scope depends on the work.
Before an engagement begins, we agree what Prestige Sprout is responsible for, what we need from the client and what the work is expected to produce.
We do not force unrelated projects into one standard duration or delivery shape.
Data, privacy and confidentiality
What happens to information I submit through the website?
Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the Prestige Sprout Privacy Policy.
That includes enquiries and information submitted through tools such as the Decision Assistant.
How long do you keep enquiry information?
Contact enquiries and Decision Assistant submissions may be retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction, unless there is a reason to delete them earlier or keep them for longer.
For example, information may need to be retained if it becomes part of an active customer engagement or is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Should I put confidential or sensitive information into the Decision Assistant?
Only provide information you are entitled to share and that is reasonably necessary for the decision.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information or information belonging to another party that you do not have authority to disclose.
Where a client engagement involves genuinely confidential commercial material, the appropriate handling and contractual arrangements can be agreed separately.
Do you sell customer or visitor data?
No.
Prestige Sprout does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
More information about how data is processed and which service providers may be involved is available in the Privacy Policy.
Do you use information submitted to train the Deal Desk?
No.
We do not train AI models, and we do not use one customer's material to improve outputs for anyone else.
The Deal Desk does use your own commercial history to sharpen your own decisions. Outcomes you record, feedback you add and past decisions in your deal log inform later decisions for your organisation, and nobody else's. That is the product working, not model training.
Where a customer arrangement needs different handling, it is agreed explicitly in the relevant agreement.
Working with Prestige Sprout
How do we start?
You can contact Prestige Sprout through the Talk to a founder page.
Tell us what you are trying to decide, deliver or build.
You do not need to know the exact product or service before getting in touch.
Who reads enquiries?
A founder reads the messages sent through the main contact route.
We currently aim to respond within two working days.
Can we speak before deciding what we need?
Yes.
If a conversation is the most useful next step, mention that in your message and we can send you a booking link.
Do you work with organisations outside the UK?
Yes, where the engagement is appropriate.
Prestige Sprout is a UK company, but the work is not limited to UK customers.
Can you build something bespoke that is not listed on the website?
Possibly.
The website describes the main products and service lines rather than every form a client problem could take.
If the requirement sits close to Prestige Sprout's work around commercial decisions, delivery, practical AI or interactive business experiences, tell us what you are trying to achieve and we can determine whether there is a sensible fit.
Still deciding what you need?
You do not need to diagnose the problem before speaking to us.
Tell us what you are trying to decide, deliver or build, and we will help you find the most appropriate route.
